Heart Nannies Employment Process

  • Personal interview with all Heart Nannies
  • Proof of identity, references and qualifications
  • Current Enhanced CRB (DBS) check
  • Only after all the above checks will our Nannies be available for interviews
  • Clients registration
  • Discussing job offer/description with our clients
  • Precise selection of candidates for each position
  • Interviews arranged
  • Post interview discussions with both clients and candidates
  • Second interview (not required but recommended as it helps both sides go through the details, possibly meet the children) 
  • Once a position has been offered and accepted we will contact both parties to assist with the remaining formalities such as contracts and Tax / NI requirements.
