Ø  After you contact us we arrange an interview with you at a suitable time and place

Ø  Discuss your application form

Ø  Thoroughly discuss the type of position you are looking for that will assist us to find a suitable family for you

Ø  Proof of identity, references and qualifications

Ø  Current Enhanced CRB (DBS) check

Ø  After the interview we will contact you once we have a suitable vacancy for you (contact us if you are interesting in a particular position so we can contact the family)

Ø  After your interview with the family, obtaining and discussing feedback with you and the family

Ø  Second interview (not necessary but recommended as it gives you the opportunity to discuss any details with the parents and meet the children)

Ø  Feedback from the second interview

Ø  Once the position is offered and accepted please contact us with any questions and we will offer you support and help at any stage of your employment

Ø  On-going feedback from both parties during the period of employment
