All our Heart Nannies have:

ü  Been recently CRB (DBS) checked

ü  Been thoroughly interviewed

ü  Minimum of two years of experience in childcare

ü  Minimum of two verified references from previous employers

ü  Their identity checked

ü  Legal documents to work in the UK

ü  Up to date Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to undertake a Paediatric First Aid training)

ü  Ofsted registration, or a willingness to do so
